*TOP TIP* By layering items you are sure to keep muscles and joints warm which will help prevent injury.

Layer underneath with sports bras, vests and thermals for extra warmth and layer over the top with hoodies and cardigans so that when you start to warm up you can easily take them off.

Try swimming, walking, or running to help with stamina! Perfect for upcoming perfomances throughout the year.
As always our fave for all dancers & injury recovery is Pilates (either mat-based or find a Reformer class).
